At M and S Homesolutions, we offer flat-rate cleaning packages based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. These packages allow you to see upfront how much your cleaning will cost as well as what you can expect thanks to our standardized cleaning checklists. With these packages, there is no need for us to visit your home to provide a quote unless your home is larger than average or in extreme condition.
Please ensure that all details regarding the size and condition of your home are accurate. If upon arrival, we deem your house to be abnormally large or below the usual standard of cleanliness, the package price may be void and you may be provided with a new quote.

Each of our cleaning packages has been designed to suit specific cleaning needs. All packages include a standardized cleaning list and cleaning equipment and supplies.
Standard Cleaning
Keeping your home clean month after month is tough. Our standard cleaning services include the basic tasks needed to maintain your home. If you’ve had your home professionally cleaned recently and just need help maintaining it, this package is just what you need.
Deep Cleaning
If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the past 3 months, or if this is your first service, your home is likely in need of a deep clean. This service provides additional tasks and time to get down to the nitty gritty details and bring your home up to a professional level of cleanliness.
Move Out Cleaning
If you are in the middle of a big move, the last thing you want to think about is cleaning your previous home. Our move out cleaning services will make your home like-new so that the next tenants or owners can move in. If your home is free of boxes and furniture, this is the service for you.
Post-Construction Cleaning
If you’ve remodeled your home or completed a new build, you’ll need special cleaning services to ensure that the space is habitable. We’ll remove all construction dust and debris so that you can move in as soon as possible.
Green Cleaning

Services We Don’t Provide
We try our best to accommodate special requests, but there are a few services we cannot provide for health and safety reasons. These include:
- Carpet cleaning
- Exterior window cleaning
- Biohazards, dangerous chemicals, crime scenes
- No using ladders
- No cleaning chandeliers
- No ceiling cleaning
